Bending Tubes
We provide a tube bending service for a range of delicate equipment. Around 80 percent of our business is through working with hydraulic tubes for engineering companies and heavy machinery, industrial equipment producers. Our service is also available for a range of products although we specialise in small diameter tubing. We also bend copper tubes for SolaHart water systems and other applications. As part of our service we bend tubes to the appropriate requirements, plate them with materials for highest quality appearance, flare the tube ends and apply the appropriate fittings.

Punches and Dies
Hi-Tech Tube Benders also operate a machine shop specialising in providing tooling for machinery. This incorporates a range of punches and dies for cropping machines and punching machines. Our experienced staff shape steel to create high-quality locally produced cutting shapes and punches for use in machinery. We are also able to offer a range of general machining services.
